NFL Labor Dispute Hearing Set for April 6, 2011

U.S. District Court Judge Susan Nelson is scheduled to hear oral arguments this Wednesday, April 6, 2011, on the NFL players’ attempt to get an injunction against the lockout imposed by the NFL Owners on March 11, 2011. The court could listen to evidence presented at the hearing by both sides and make an immediate decision and ‘rule from the bench’.  The more likely scenario is that the Judge will listen to argument, review the evidence, and then provide a written decision within the next couple of weeks.
