Plaintiff in Antitrust Suit Against the NFL to Attend NFL Draft

All-American Texas A&M linebacker Von Miller, one of the plaintiffs in the antitrust lawsuit filed against the National Football League and the NFL Owners, confirmed he will be attending the NFL Draft at Radio City Music Hall in April 2011.  Miller is the only college player who is a plaintiff in the antitrust suit filed against the NFL on March 11, 2011, which, in part, claims that the NFL Draft is illegal and in violation of the Sherman Antitrust Act.  Ironic, isn’t it, that Miller will attend an event in which he feels strong enough to allege is a violation of a federal statute.  Maybe the NFL and the NFL Owners should think about filing an injunction.
